You are far from the familiar. As each of your senses comes fully alive, you realize that you have been living in a pixelated fog, trying to
illuminate your way through the mist by the chill blue light of your computer and phone. You start to take a picture. And stop. You close your eyes and let yourself hear. You plug your ears and let yourself feel. You walk forward, sniffing the air to know which direction to take. Perhaps you spin in a circle. Perhaps you open your eyes and press your lips against sun-warm rock – a kiss, a taste.
You begin to feel jittery. You have so much to do. You remember a time when you first learned to do nothing. You understand that you have to learn it again. Somewhere in this Place, there is a story…
